Throughout this past winter I wanted to dip my toes into the running would this summer. Well I think I went from that idea to diving head first.

August 27 — Cirque Series Targhee - Grand Targhee, WY
Septermber 17— Pikes Peak Ascent, Golden Trails World Series - Manitou Springs, CO
Septermber 24 —Flagstaff Sky Peaks, Golden Trails World Series - Flagstaff, AZ
Plans change- In mid May as I prepared for Zegama I had a mountain bike crash. A minor heel fracture and some odd nerve issues in my foot kept me from racing this summer. I put in a few hard uphill running efforts, but as of September I still cannot run downhills with a normal stride. The injury is improving and I am optimistic for the ski season ahead and running hard in 2023!
